Our Live-in carers will always be by your side providing constant support which will encourage greater independence and a better quality of life. This makes an incredible difference to our clients lives and often means the difference between staying at home and being placed into residential settings. Research also shows that falls are drastically reduced as are hospital admissions!
What our Live-in care services includes:

For our clients who live with another person, we are able to provide a package that caters to couples, allowing you to remain together for a small additional fee. Costs are reduced as well as ensuring they remain at home with their loved one.
REABLEMENT AND COMPLEX CARE

We understand that transitioning back home from the hospital can be a distressing experience. That's why Tranquillity Home Care takes special care to ensure that this transition occurs as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. We prioritize your needs and requirements by conducting thorough reviews, guaranteeing a safe discharge process, and coordinating with all involved parties to have the necessary care in place as soon as you arrive home. Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind and ensure a seamless transition to your home environment.
This helps us keep re-admissions to hospitals low and enables a timely and safe recovery process for our clients.
Our Reablement Service includes:
- Support to return home through comprehensive assessment.
- Flexible care plan to suit your pace of recovery.
- Tailored support to aid your recovery.
- Home preparation, including equipment checks.
- Leading on creating effecting liaison with NHS Bodies & Local Authorities.
- Keeping family members and key contacts updated where required.
- Arrangement of additional services where required (e.g. Physio/OT).
- High frequency of need & goal reviews.
- Tranquillity Home Care additional specialist options as required (e.g. Dementia/End of Life).
Our Experts are also trained in caring for complex care needs such as PEG feeding, Catheter Care, Stroke care, Diabetes and other complex care needs.
