As part of these measures, all carers undergo a thorough screening process, including a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and comprehensive background checks. We are dedicated to recruiting exceptional carers who meet our rigorous standards.
Our carers have a minimum of six months of care experience and are required to provide two professional references before proceeding to the interview stage. This ensures that they possess the necessary skills and qualifications to provide the highest level of care.
